For purchases made within the last 14 days, the signed-in purchaser can submit the withdrawal here. The refund is sent to the original payment method and an electronic confirmation is downloaded immediately.

Fourteen-day withdrawal period

You may withdraw from an Academy Pass or compiler-credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. Email your decision to contact@lean4.dev before the period ends.

We will refund the purchase through the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal. Academy Pass access and unused credits from that purchase will then be removed. This policy also applies if you opened lessons or used some checks during the fourteen-day period.

Information to include

• The email address used for the Academy account
• The purchase date and Stripe receipt or invoice number, if available
• A clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase

You may copy the following text into an email:

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the Lean4 Academy purchase made on [date]. My Academy account email is [email]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].

Billing errors

Contact us if a payment was duplicated, the purchased access or credits did not appear, or the receipt is incorrect. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
